Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Policy Scope

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all products sold by Haisendianqi (https://www.haisendianqi.com), including commercial refrigeration equipment, kitchen equipment, electric tricycles and all customized OEM & ODM products. It serves all global buyers, distributors and end customers and complies with international trade standards.

  1. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

We do not support unconditional returns or refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Products have been installed, used, disassembled or modified with artificial damage;
  • Customized/OEM products without factory quality problems;
  • Faults caused by improper operation, wrong installation or natural wear of consumables;
  • Unilateral order cancellation or goods rejection by customers without quality issues after delivery;
  • Damage caused by force majeure factors.
  1. Eligible Return & Refund Conditions
  • Quality Defects: Customers can apply for return, exchange or refund within 7 working days after receiving goods for factory quality problems, functional failures or missing accessories;
  • Delivery Errors: Free return and exchange for wrong or missing delivery caused by our factory, with all logistics fees borne by us;
  • New Product Defects: Unused and uninstalled new products with factory flaws are eligible for exchange, free maintenance or partial refund.
  1. Processing Procedure
  • Customers shall submit feedback with order number, photos and videos within the specified time;
  • Our after-sales team will verify the problem within 1-3 working days;
  • Refund, exchange or maintenance will be executed after verification; refunds will be completed within 3-7 working days;
  • Returned products must be fully packaged with complete accessories. Logistics fees for non-factory problems shall be borne by customers.
  1. Warranty Service

All original products enjoy standard factory warranty. Free maintenance and accessory replacement are provided for non-artificial quality problems within the warranty period. Paid lifelong maintenance service is available after warranty expiration.

  1. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled in accordance with international trade rules and relevant national laws.
